Abdenasser Ouled Radi

Founder & CEO

Abdenasser founded StartSmart to make business setup in Dubai genuinely simple — one team, clear pricing, no hand-offs. As CEO he sets the firm's direction, shapes how StartSmart positions itself in a crowded market, and builds the partnerships that give clients an edge, from banking and free-zone relationships to referral networks across Europe. His focus is the bigger picture: where the firm goes next, who it works with, and making sure every client engagement reflects the standard StartSmart is built on.
